Basis: Executive Director of Simon Fraser University’s Learning Strategies Group, which designed and delivered custom programmes across ten industry sectors. Work included the CGA Canada Business Leadership Program, the Corix Executive Leadership Development Program, the CIO Canada Leadership Development Program, the Deloitte CHRO Breakfast Learning Series and the ICAB Leadership Exchange, the first programme of its kind in Canada. The unit received the Canadian Council on Learning Award for Excellence in Learning (2009).
