Carleton University. Leads the University's five-year strategy (2027 to 2032) and its long-term vision to the 2042 centenary, through Senate endorsement to Board of Governors approval.

2020 to 2023

Inaugural Assistant Dean, then Associate Dean, Equity and Inclusive Communities

Sprott School of Business, Carleton University. Member of Faculty Executive; established a new senior leadership portfolio, including faculty-wide hiring governance. Secured the $500,000 Humphrey Law Bursary endowment.

2021 to 2023

Co-Director, Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub

Led the winning application for a $5 million federal award and designed a governance model of six regional hubs.

2011 to 2014

Assistant Dean, Indigenous Business Education, and Director, Ch'nook

Sauder School of Business, UBC. Full profit and loss responsibility and all fundraising; a network of British Columbia's 25 post-secondary institutions, extended to more than 33 in six provinces.

2008 to 2011

Executive Director, Learning Strategies Group

Simon Fraser University. Full profit and loss accountability for a $2 million executive education business with a team of 14, delivering 15 or more custom programmes per cycle; board governance programmes; a Management of Technology MBA dual degree with King Saud University. Received the Canadian Council on Learning Award for Excellence in Learning (2009).

2000 to 2002

Senior Manager and Global Lead, Music Industry, Accenture

Business development lead for the Accenture Digital Settlements Network; led the team that built the P2P Music Exchange prototype. Clients included Cisco, AT&T, Warner Music Group, SAP and BUMA/STEMRA.
